I have had really trouble with layouts lately, just cannot get anything to look right. I have a couple to show you one im not happy with and the other I like but it's better in 'real life'!
First one is using Jenni Bowlin's July kit I think!? I'm not happy with the Ghost letters, I think they would have stood out more if on the plain white background and the stitching is - well - horrible!! Lovely papers though LOL!!
This is the other - a bit of a mix of the Jenni Bowlin Sept kit and the Oct Scrapagogo kit, this I like much better but still has something missing for me, my favourite bit is the journalling which you probably cannot even see on the photo lol - but ive added direction arrows to it, very similar to the font which teaches children to write!
I am half way through my Creating Keepsakes Kit for a Cause and am finding it very hard to write nice things and good points about ME! I'm always critical of myself and never ever think of myself in a possative way! Will upload into a gallery when im finished! It cost $15 + shipping from USA, came to £17 so a bit of a bargain!! A lovely idea to have for Emillie and Oliver to look through in years to come!
Really want to add Halloween 2006 photo's to the book I created a couple of weeks ago as I know if I don't keep it up to date now it'll just sit there!!
What's next? Christmas I guess!! Always mad here at Christmas. Probably another Crimbo at home for us - nothing better really!!
Love the top layout but maybe red or blue letters instead of the clear ones?
