You wake up one morning and discover that you now have a super power (like one of the x-men or other super hero). There is a note saying that this power will only last for 24 hours and to use it wisely.
What is this power and how will you use it?

I would like the superpower that would enable me to work three times as quick, therefore I could get the house tidy, newly decorated, clean and all my jobs done, even finish the website for my business - oh and list on ebay or start another shop up!!  Plus as I had this wonderful power I could go and do a days work to boot to keep the money coming in LOL  All this in 24 hours, but then the rest of the week could be spent with Emillie and Oliver who are 4 Friday.  With no ironing or cleaning to do they could get my full attention for a change!!

{New Look!}

Felt a bit bored of my last look therefore decided to have a 'play'.  It will probably change again in a few days, then there is  Halloween oh and not forgetting Christmas.

Reading Ali Edward's blog this morning, basically she's made a fab about me album which comes in a kit via CK website.

WELL.....  I went to order one and the postage costs are MAD!!!  Been on a mission ever since to find one, it reminds me of the QVC card box TSV (remember Alison?? Made any more of the cards recently??? No me either LOL) therefore am def hoping it will appear in the craft day that's on all day tomorrow.  Saddddooooo me will probably watch online while im meant to be ironing or something LOL!!

Will let you know if I find anything - thats if you're interested - if not repeat after me "Yes Jane, Whatever Jane!!!!"  LMAO!!

{Back into Scrapping}

I have the rest of the week of and my sensible head says "good chance to get the house tidy and the ironing done"  but the scrapper in me says "naaaa just scrap all day"!!!  So guess I have to find a balance lol!!! Tidy a bit then scrap scrap scrap!!

But apart from that have not done much else!!  Too much work!!

Is nobody safe?!!

I spent about an hour yesterday waiting for a press conference to start on Sky News, yet another school in the USA has had a shooting!!!  But the shock for me was it being an Amish school!!  Now i am strangely curious as to why this man would and could do what he's done, just doesn't add up!!

My thoughts are with this peaceful community in Pennsylvania, lets hope the girls who remain in hospital make it through the day!

PET HATES!

1, people leaning over me watching what im doing as if to make sure im doing it right, eg washing up !!

2, When the computer decides to go on strike when you just wanted to do something "quickly"!

3,  When you have put away clothes in drawers/on shelves and someone takes say a t-shirt from the bottom of the pile then leaves the pile in a complete mess - aarrrggghhh!!

I did start this Sunday but got sidetracked!  Oh how unusual!!!!!!!

What’s your dream holiday destination? Why? What would you do on your holiday? How much time would you spend there? Who would you take with you?

For me it would have to be a series of stop offs!  I would love to get on a plane, leave UK heading for New York, spending Christmas in the big Apple, shopping, snow, macey's parade, staying in a big hotel which would give me a suite and put up a very big Christmas Tree!  Then in the New Year it's off to California, take in the sights and see just how steep those hills are!!  Then leave for Hawaii, spend a whole month surfing with endless beach parties!  THEN - yep not finished yet!!  Off to Australia to dive the barrier reef!  Visit Sydney and in the end come home!!

Now the challenge is HOW MUCH WOULD THAT LOT COST!>?

I'M BACK!!!

I finally have the time to update my blog, totally been neglected whilst I go to work for three weeks, the first time in 5 years I have worked full time.  It's knocked me for 6!!  I am constantly tired and have now gone and got myself a cold to boot!

Not grumbling though in the three weeks at work I have managed to stack up quite alot of sales which should all complete around Christmas (chaching!!).

I think Emillie and Oliver have missed me - they are all out of routine, simple things like eating breakfast had been a chore!  However this morning they both sat down at their little table and ate breakfast with no problems what so ever!!  Maybe they associate the order with me!?? LOL

I have tried to do some scrapping in between but to no great success.  I now have July, Sept Scrapagogo kits, July & Sept Jenni Bowlin kits to get into.  Am considering taking the initiative from Alison and checking out Ali Edwards Blog and doing her challenge of a mini book!! Thanks Alison!!

Have done two layouts - this one was done a few weeks ago

This one was finished Sunday after spending a week on the kitchen table LOL!! using July's Scrapagogo kit, must admit I struggled with the papers on this one but think I managed to find the right photos in the end, just a shame Ollie wasn't wearing a Jets Jersey!!

Looking forward to the next crop in Thorpe Marriott as I had such a good time at the last one.  A big thank you to Alison for organising us all!!  No idea how you did it!

I have five yes FIVE CJ's to finish and get posted - gonna cost me a fortune LOL!!  I do love doing them though!  I have Multiple Mum's x 3, a club CJ and a newbie CJ to do which has a theme of "What makes you smile", now I can actually think of one hundred things that make me smile - gonna be tough!

Following a post on UKS re Blogging Prompts on Sundays I thought I'd join in!  So todays question was..........

We all know we can fill a day describing what we would change - but what wouldnt you change!?!?!?

Right now I'd not change my eyes, my hair colour (just add more red! and less grey!), when I was a stone lighter I wouldn't have changed my six pack, arms, back and butt!!  Guess what?? I'm now on a diet lol!!

I know im on a stash diet BUT...

Carol at Roundacres had these at such a bargain and after seeing Alison and Bev's just thought it was such a great idea as my stash is all over the place!!

Oh and these turned up today!!

I currently have in my possesion four CJ's to complete and one on the way, let alone I was "commissioned" this morning to make new home cards for the Property Shop (the lovely place I work!) to give to clients on completion!  Things seem to be looking up!!

Sitting here with two children running round and round the trunk in the front room, whilst in a calm frame of mind I type this while the dinner is burning LMAO!!  Well not burning as such !!  How can they still have so much "GO" at this time of day???
